Both of these support data quality but you can run into issues if you focus only on one and disregard the other.

Practice-oriented data quality activities focus on the capture and manipulation of data, while structure-oriented data quality activities focus on data implementation. If you don’t address both of these, you are only fixing part of the problem and will not achieve data quality.
